The Presque Isle Wildcats (Presque Isle, ME) basketball nipped the host Washington Academy Raiders (East Machias, ME), 42-41 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (10-9) will now prepare for their test against Ellsworth (Ellsworth, ME). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 18-0 record. In their last test, Ellsworth got by Mount Desert Island (Mount Desert, ME), 60-48, in a league test.
The Raiders now own a 7-12 record.
