High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Atkins Camels (Winston-Salem, NC), 49-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, High Point Central upgrades its record to 5-12 on the season. The Bison travel to Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC) to clash with the Storm in a non-league bout on Friday, February 16. The Storm go into the bout with a record of 6-13. Southern Guilford lost 70-35 in their recent league bout against Dudley (Greensboro, NC)

Next up, the Camels clash with the Rockingham County Cougars (Wentworth, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 16. Atkins will attempt to upgrade on its 1-20 season record.
