Beal City Aggies (Mt. Pleasant, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Pine River Area Bucks (Leroy, MI), 36-27 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Beal City upgrades its record to 2-2 on the season. The Aggies host Montabella (Blanchard, MI) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Monday, February 19. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Bucks play the Northern Michigan Christian Comets (McBain, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 15. Pine River Area will attempt to upgrade on its 12-7 season record.
