North Carolina High School Basketball - North Gaston ripped by Crest

The Crest Chargers basketball team scored 61 points and held the host North Gaston Wildcats to 36 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Chargers now sport a 17-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kings Mountain for a contest on Friday, February 16. Crest will meet a Mountaineers team coming off a 44-23 non-league win over South Point (Belmont, NC). The Mountaineers record now stands at 8-11.
The Wildcats (4-16) will now prepare for their contest against South Point (Belmont, NC). The Red Raiders enter the contest with a 5-14 record. In their last contest, South Point was routed by Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC), 44-23, in a non-league contest.
