The Fairmont Golden Tornadoes basketball team scored 33 points and held the visiting West Bladen Knights to 32 in the Golden Tornadoes non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Golden Tornadoes now sport a 16-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clinton for a non-league contest on Friday, February 16. Fairmont will battle a Dark Horses team coming off a 32-27 non-league loss to St. Pauls (St. Pauls, NC). The Dark Horses record now stands at 9-10.

The Knights (9-8) will now prepare for their contest against Red Springs (Red Springs, NC). The Red Devils enter the non-league contest with a 4-11 record.
