Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the South Granville Vikings (Creedmoor, NC) and the visiting Louisburg Warriors (Louisburg, NC), saw South Granville's basketball squad hold off Louisburg by a tally of 48-45.

With the victory, South Granville improves its record to 11-12 on the campaign. The Vikings host Granville Central (Stem, NC) to confront the Panthers in a challenge on Friday, February 16. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 7-12. Granville Central won 48-47 in their recent league challenge against Carrboro (Carrboro, NC)

Next up, the Warriors confront the Southern Durham Spartans (Durham, NC) in a challenge, on Friday, February 16. Louisburg will attempt to improve on its 14-5 season record.
