Florida High School Baseball - Interlachen defeats Lake Weir

February 13, 2025: Ocala, FL 34472

In Thursday's non-league game, the visiting Interlachen Rams baseball team scored a close 7-2 win over the Lake Weir Hurricanes.

The Rams (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Vanguard (Ocala, FL). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Vanguard held off Santa Fe (Alachua, FL), 6-5, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Hurricanes face the Dunnellon Tigers (Dunnellon, FL) in a 4A District 5 battle, on Friday, February 14. Lake Weir will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 0-2 record after their 10-0 league loss to North Marion (Citra, FL).
