The Denbigh Patriots basketball team scored 74 points and limited the visiting Bethel Bruins to 52 in the Patriots league triumph on Thursday.

With the loss, Bethel falls to 10-11 on the campaign. The Bruins host Heritage (Newport News, VA) to confront the Hurricanes in a Peninsula game on Saturday, February 15. The Hurricanes go into the game with a record of 12-9. Heritage won 87-48 in their recent league game against Gloucester (Gloucester, VA)
