In Thursday's league test, the Sheldon Orabs (Sheldon, IA) basketball squad knocked off the host Central Lyon Lions (Rock Rapids, IA), by a score of 56-45.

Next, the Orabs encounter the Rock Valley Rockets (Rock Valley, IA) in a Siouxland test, on Monday, February 17. Sheldon will attempt to improve on its 9-16 season record. The Rockets come into the test with a 7-10 record after their 58-49 league win over Sioux Center (Sioux Center, IA).

The Lions (4-16) will now prepare for their test against Okoboji (Milford, IA). The Pioneers come into the Siouxland test with a 8-16 record. In their last test, Okoboji was knocked off by West Lyon (Inwood, IA), 68-37, in a league test.
