Virginia High School Basketball - Evergreen Christian holds off New Hope Academy National

February 13, 2025: Leesburg, VA 20175

The Evergreen Christian Eagles basketball team scored 70 points and limited the visiting New Hope Academy National Tigers to 64 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now have a 22-14 record. They play next when they travel to Highland for a non-league game on Friday, February 14. Evergreen Christian will meet a Hawks squad coming off a 95-61 non-league win over Varsity Opponent (, ). The Hawks record now stands at 32-5.

The Tigers now own a 14-22 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bethel Academy for a non-league match on Thursday, February 20.

New Hope Academy National

Congratulations to #2 Haki Muhammed II for being selected the New Hope Academy National Basketball Player of the Game.
