The Imlay City Spartans basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host Richmond Blue Devils to 58 in the Spartans league triumph on Thursday.

The Spartans now possess a 13-8 record. They play next when they host Detroit Country Day for a non-league game on Friday, February 14. Imlay City will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 62-57 non-league win over Denby (Detroit, MI). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 10-9.

With the loss, Richmond falls to 7-10 on the campaign. The Blue devils host Almont (Almont, MI) to confront the Raiders in a Blue Water Area game on Friday, February 14. The Raiders go into the game with a record of 5-11. Almont won 61-51 in their recent league game against Algonac (Algonac, MI)
