In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Oak Hill Red Devils basketball team scored a good 73-59 triumph over the PikeView Panthers.
The Red Devils (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Hurricane (Hurricane, WV). The Redskins go into the non-league contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Hurricane was toppled by Tug Valley (Williamson, WV), 72-58, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Panthers confront the Shady Spring Tigers (Shady Spring, WV) in a Coalfield AAA contest, on Tuesday, February 18. PikeView will attempt to better on its 8-9 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 14-2 record after their 62-51 non-league win over Fairmont Senior (Fairmont, WV).
