The Powder Valley Badgers were victorious over the visiting Pine Eagle Spartans basketball squad by a final score of 53-38 in Thursday's league outing.
Next, the Badgers face the Joseph Eagles (Joseph, OR) in a 1A Old Oregon outing, on Friday, February 14. Powder Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 11-15 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 8-15 record after their 64-44 league loss to Union (Union, OR).
The Spartans (4-21) will now prepare for their outing against Elgin (Elgin, OR). The Huskies enter the 1A Old Oregon outing with a 6-15 record. In their last outing, Elgin ran past Powder Valley (North Powder, OR), 47-45, in a league outing.
