Westminster Wolves (Westminster, CO) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Brighton Bulldogs (Brighton, CO), 1-0 in a league match.
With the victory, Westminster advances its record to 10-6 on the year. The Wolves travel to Boulder (Boulder, CO) to face the Panthers in a match on Tuesday, February 18. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 2-2.
The Bulldogs now own a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakewood for a non-league match on Monday, February 17. Brighton will face a Tigers squad coming off a 54-37 league loss to Valor Christian (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Tigers record now stands at 5-13.
