The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Edgewood-Colesburg Vikings (Edgewood, IA) and the visiting Central Warriors (Elkader, IA), observed Edgewood-Colesburg's basketball team overcome Central by a margin of 51-34.
The Vikings (12-10) will now prepare for their challenge against East Buchanan (Winthrop, IA). The Buccaneers come into the Tri-Rivers - West challenge with a 15-6 record. In their last challenge, East Buchanan defeated Prince of Peace Prep (Clinton, IA), 78-19, in a non-league challenge.
