The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Rondout Valley Ganders (Accord, NY) and the host Dover Dragons (Dover Plains, NY), observed Rondout Valley's basketball team overwhelm Dover by a score of 59-32.

The Ganders (4-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Spackenkill (Poughkeepsie, NY). The Spartans come into the Section 9 MHAL II challenge with a 10-7 record. In their last challenge, Spackenkill was routed by Saugerties (Saugerties, NY), 37-26, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Dragons battle the Webutuck Warriors (Amenia, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 14. Dover will attempt to improve on its 1-14 season record.
