The Louisiana School for the Deaf War Eagles (Baton Rouge, LA) basketball were winner over the visiting False River Gators (New Roads, LA), 31-22 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The War Eagles now possess a 5-16 record.
With the loss, False River falls to 2-22 on the campaign. The Gators host Catholic of Pointe Coupee (New Roads, LA) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 13. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 17-11. Catholic of Pointe Coupee won 54-19 in their recent league bout against Opelousas Catholic (Opelousas, LA)
