The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Making Waves Academy Marlins (Richmond, CA) and the host Holy Names Monarchs (Oakland, CA), observed Making Waves Academy's basketball team overwhelm Holy Names by a score of 77-11.

The Marlins (19-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Redwood Christian (San Lorenzo, CA). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 14-11 record. In their last challenge, Redwood Christian trounced California School for the Deaf (Fremont, CA), 44-31, in a non-league challenge.
