Illinois High School Basketball - Plano overwhelms Richmond-Burton

February 13, 2025: Plano, IL 60545

The Plano Reapers basketball team scored 58 points and limited the visiting Richmond-Burton Rockets to 14 in the Reapers league triumph on Thursday.

The Reapers now possess a 26-4 record. They play next when they travel to Sycamore for a non-league game on Monday, February 17. Plano will play a Spartans team coming off a 50-45 non-league loss to Geneva (Geneva, IL). The Spartans record now stands at 8-22.

With the loss, Richmond-Burton falls to 7-21 on the campaign. The Rockets travel to Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL) to play the Skyhawks in a Kishwaukee River game on Saturday, February 15. The Skyhawks go into the game with a record of 20-11. Johnsburg won 61-28 in their recent league game against Harvard (Harvard, IL)
