The Arcadia Firebirds basketball team scored 48 points and limited the visiting Nandua Warriors to 32 in the Firebirds non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Firebirds now possess a 10-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lancaster for a non-league game on Friday, February 14. Arcadia will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 41-29 non-league loss to Westmoreland (Montross, VA). The Red Devils record now stands at 6-8.

With the loss, Nandua falls to 5-4 on the campaign. The Warriors host Chincoteague (Chincoteague, VA) to confront the Ponies in a non-league game on Monday, February 17. The Ponies go into the game with a record of 1-2. Chincoteague lost 46-44 in their recent non-league game against Arcadia (Oak Hall, VA)
