In Friday's league contest, the visiting Benjamin Davis Falcons basketball team scored a good 41-31 win over the Eisenhower Eagles.
The Falcons (4-22) will now prepare for their contest against Spring (Spring, TX). The Lions enter the 6A Region II District 14 match with a 19-14 record. In their last match, Spring thwarted Westfield (Houston, TX), 58-49, in a league match.
The Eagles now own a 9-21 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to MacArthur for a 6A Region II District 14 match on Tuesday, February 17. Eisenhower will face a Generals squad coming off a 44-43 league loss to Nimitz (Houston, TX). The Generals record now stands at 15-17.
