Connecticut High School Basketball - Capital Prep holds off Achievement First

Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Capital Prep Trailblazers (Hartford, CT) and the visiting Achievement First (Hartford, CT), saw Capital Prep's basketball squad get by Achievement First by a score of 63-60.
The Trailblazers now sport a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Weaver for a Capitol Region contest on Friday, February 17. Capital Prep will battle a Beavers team coming off a 67-40 league win over Classical Magnet (Hartford, CT). The Beavers record now stands at 16-3.
The (2-16) will now prepare for their contest against Bulkeley (Hartford, CT). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 5-12 record. In their last contest, Bulkeley edged University (Hartford, CT), 42-37, in a league contest.
