Illinois High School Basketball - Round Lake ripped by Antioch

The Antioch Sequoits basketball team scored 51 points and held the host Round Lake Panthers to 22 in the Sequoits league triumph on Tuesday.

The Sequoits now sport a 16-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Woodstock North for a non-league contest on Friday, February 17. Antioch will meet a Thunder team coming off a 52-47 non-league win over Harvest Christian Academy (Elgin, IL). The Thunder record now stands at 16-13.

The Panthers (1-28) will now prepare for their contest against Zion-Benton (Zion, IL). The Zee-Bees enter the non-league contest with a 0-24 record. In their last contest, Zion-Benton was routed by Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL), 57-37, in a league contest.
