The John Curtis Christian Patriots basketball team scored 55 points and held the host Archbishop Rummel Raiders to 40 in the Patriots league triumph on Tuesday.

The Patriots now sport a 17-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jesuit for a 5A District 9 contest on Thursday, February 16. John Curtis Christian will battle a Blue Jays team coming off a 58-43 league loss to St. Augustine (New Orleans, LA). The Blue Jays record now stands at 11-13.

The Raiders (21-12) will now prepare for their contest against Edna Karr (New Orleans, LA). The Cougars enter the 5A District 9 contest with a 11-17 record.
