The Coe-Brown Academy Bears (Northwood, NH) basketball nipped the visiting Kennett Eagles (Conway, NH), 51-44 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bears (11-5) will now prepare for their test against Oyster River (Durham, NH). The Bobcats go into the Division II test with a 6-9 record. In their last test, Oyster River got by Sanborn Regional (Kingston, NH), 75-67, in a league test.
The Eagles now own a 6-10 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop Brady for a Division II test on Friday, February 17. Kennett will encounter a Giants squad coming off a 61-51 league loss to Pembroke (Pembroke, NH). The Giants record now stands at 3-13.
