The Crystal Lake South Gators basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the visiting Hampshire Whip-Purs to 41 in the Gators league victory on Tuesday.

The Gators now sport a 22-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to McHenry for a Fox Valley contest on Friday, February 17. Crystal Lake South will battle a Warriors team coming off a 67-42 league loss to Central (Burlington, IL). The Warriors record now stands at 13-17.

The Whip-Purs (14-16) will now prepare for their contest against Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL). The Wolves come into the Fox Valley contest with a 12-17 record. In their last contest, Prairie Ridge was routed by Jacobs (Algonquin, IL), 51-42, in a league contest.
