The De Soto Pirates (De Soto, WI) basketball nipped the host Kickapoo Panthers (Viola, WI), 51-49 in Tuesday's league test.
The Pirates (7-14) will now prepare for their test against North Crawford (Soldiers Grove, WI). The Trojans go into the Ridge & Valley test with a 15-7 record. In their last test, North Crawford was tipped by Wauzeka-Steuben (Wauzeka, WI), 67-47, in a league test.
