The Yellowjackets now possess a 22-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Amant for a 5A District 5 battle on Friday, February 17. Denham Springs will confront a Gators team coming off a 66-64 league loss to East Ascension (Gonzales, LA). The Gators record now stands at 16-11.
The Eagles (7-17) will now prepare for their battle against Dutchtown (Geismar, LA). The Griffins come into the 5A District 5 battle with a 9-13 record. In their last battle, Dutchtown dropped by Walker (Walker, LA), 66-36, in a league battle.
