Geneva County Bulldogs (Hartford, AL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Long Rebels (Skipperville, AL), 53-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Geneva County upgrades its record to 19-12 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to St. Luke's Episcopal (Mobile, AL) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, February 17. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 5-8. St. Luke's Episcopal won 66-50 in their recent non-league bout against Zion Chapel (Jack, AL)
