The Jonesboro Hurricane (Jonesboro, AR) basketball crushed the host Little Rock Southwest Gryphons (Little Rock, AR), 63-35 in Tuesday's league test.
The Hurricane (24-3) will now prepare for their test against Conway (Conway, AR). The Wampus Cats go into the 6A Central test with a 10-11 record. In their last test, Conway was trounced by Central (Little Rock, AR), 64-40, in a league test.
The Gryphons now own a 1-14 record. They play next when they travel to Central for a 6A Central test on Friday, February 17. Little Rock Southwest will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 64-40 league win over Conway (Conway, AR). The Tigers record now stands at 22-5.
