St. Maries Lumberjacks (St. Maries, ID) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Kellogg Wildcats (Kellogg, ID), 74-57 in a league bout.

With the victory, St. Maries upgrades its record to 14-5 on the campaign. The Lumberjacks travel to Timberlake (Spirit Lake, ID) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 15. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 8-10. Timberlake won 77-74 in their recent non-league bout against Priest River (Priest River, ID)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Wallace Miners (Wallace, ID) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 16. Kellogg will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record. The Miners come into the bout with a 5-12 record after their 65-34 non-league win over Mullan (Mullan, ID).
