The Killingly Redmen basketball team scored 81 points and held the host Stonington Bears to 72 in the Redmen league triumph on Tuesday.
The Redmen now sport a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Montville for a non-league contest on Friday, February 17. Killingly will meet a None team coming off a 64-46 non-league win over Ledyard (Ledyard, CT). The None record now stands at 9-10.
The Bears (8-10) will now prepare for their contest against Sports & Medical Sciences Academy (Hartford, CT). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 13-5 record. In their last contest, Sports & Medical Sciences Academy ran past Ledyard (Ledyard, CT), 58-49, in a non-league contest.
