Wisconsin High School Basketball - Shiocton can't hold off Manawa

The Manawa Wolves basketball team scored 82 points and held the visiting Shiocton Chiefs to 77 in the Wolves league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wolves now sport a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wild Rose for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 14. Manawa will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 43-39 league win over Pittsville (Pittsville, WI). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-10.
The Chiefs (12-9) will now prepare for their contest against Menominee Indian (Keshena, WI). The Eagles enter the Central Wisconsin - East contest with a 12-7 record. In their last contest, Menominee Indian nudged Weyauwega-Fremont (Weyauwega, WI), 60-59, in a league contest.
