The Morrison Mustangs (Morrison, IL) basketball knocked off the host Oregon Hawks (Oregon, IL), 72-61 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Mustangs (12-15) will now prepare for their test against East Dubuque (East Dubuque, IL). The Warriors go into the non-league test with a 15-15 record. In their last test, East Dubuque notched a victory over West Carroll (Savanna, IL), 63-33, in a league test.
The Hawks now own a 9-21 record. They play next when they host Dixon for a Big Northern test on Wednesday, February 15. Oregon will encounter a Dukes & Duchesses squad coming off a 70-33 non-league loss to Marmion (Aurora, IL). The Dukes & Duchesses record now stands at 18-12.
