The Natchitoches Central Chiefs (Natchitoches, LA) basketball knocked off the visiting Parkway Panthers (Bossier City, LA), 61-47 in Tuesday's league test.
The Chiefs (7-12) will now prepare for their test against Southwood (Shreveport, LA). The Cowboys go into the 5A District 1 test with a 21-9 record. In their last test, Southwood notched a victory over Captain Shreve (Shreveport, LA), 53-52, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 13-17 record. They play next when they host Captain Shreve for a 5A District 1 test on Friday, February 17. Parkway will encounter a Gators squad coming off a 53-52 league loss to Southwood (Shreveport, LA). The Gators record now stands at 23-5.
