Tennessee High School Basketball - West Carroll knocked off by Perry County

The Perry County Vikings basketball team scored 72 points and held the host West Carroll War Eagles to 60 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hughes for a non-league contest on Friday, February 17. Perry County will meet a Lions team coming off a 84-52 league win over Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central (Bruceton, TN). The Lions record now stands at 21-6.

The War Eagles (6-18) will now prepare for their contest against Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central (Bruceton, TN). The Tigers enter the 1A District 12 contest with a 5-22 record. In their last contest, Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central was defeated by Hughes (Clifton, TN), 84-52, in a league contest.
