The Riverdale Chieftains basketball team (Muscoda, WI), was overwhelmed 69-42 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Southwestern Wildcats (Hazel Green, WI)

The Wildcats now possess a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Iowa-Grant for a Southwest Wisconsin Activities battle on Friday, February 17. Southwestern will battle a Panthers team coming off a 68-53 league win over Boscobel (Boscobel, WI). The Panthers record now stands at 9-13.

The Chieftains (5-16) will now prepare for their battle against Cuba City (Cuba City, WI). The Cubans come into the Southwest Wisconsin Activities battle with a 15-6 record. In their last battle, Cuba City was overwhelmed by Fennimore (Fennimore, WI), 65-49, in a league battle.
