In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Cambridge-Isanti Bluejackets (Cambridge, MN) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Big Lake Hornets (Big Lake, MN), by a count of 64-25.
The Bluejackets (19-4) will now prepare for their outing against Becker (Becker, MN). The Bulldogs go into the non-league outing with a 21-3 record. In their last outing, Becker smashed North Branch (North Branch, MN), 67-28, in a non-league outing.
The Hornets now hold a 2-19 record. They play next when they travel to Chisago Lakes Area for a AAA Section 5 outing on Thursday, February 16. Big Lake will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 76-35 league loss to Monticello (Monticello, MN). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-15.
