The Merrill Vandals basketball team (Merrill, MI), dropped 44-30 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Breckenridge Huskies (Breckenridge, MI)
The Huskies now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vestaburg for a Mid-State battle on Thursday, February 16. Breckenridge will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 36-20 league loss to Fulton (Middleton, MI). The Wolverines record now stands at 5-14.
The Vandals (5-14) will now prepare for their battle against Montabella (Blanchard, MI). The Mustangs come into the Mid-State battle with a 5-14 record. In their last battle, Montabella dropped by Coleman (Coleman, MI), 31-28, in a league battle.
