Minnesota High School Basketball - Kelley can't hold off Denfeld

The Denfeld Hunters basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Kelley Mariners to 57 in the Hunters non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Hunters now sport a 3-19 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Proctor for a AA Section 7 contest on Saturday, February 18. Denfeld will battle a Rails team coming off a 45-30 league loss to Pequot Lakes (Pequot Lakes, MN). The Rails record now stands at 17-8.
The Mariners (3-14) will now prepare for their contest against McGregor (McGregor, MN). The Mercuries enter the non-league contest with a 4-18 record. In their last contest, McGregor was nudged by Barnum (Barnum, MN), 71-25, in a league contest.
