Snow Canyon Warriors (St. George, UT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Desert Hills Thunder (St. George, UT), 71-55 in a league bout.

With the win, Snow Canyon upgrades its record to 17-5 on the season.

Next up, the Thunder play the Pine View Panthers (St. George, UT) in a 4A Region 10 bout, on Thursday, February 16. Desert Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 10-11 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 7-15 record after their 53-43 league loss to Hurricane (Hurricane, UT).
