Fallsburg Comets (Fallsburg, NY) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad wallop the host Roscoe Central Blue Devils (Roscoe, NY), 45-14 in a non-league challenge.

With the victory, Fallsburg improves its record to 5-8 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Liberty (Liberty, NY) to play the Indians in a Section 9 Orange County IV challenge on Thursday, February 16. The Indians come into the challenge with a record of 3-9.

Next up, the Blue Devils play the Eldred Yellowjackets (Eldred, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 15. Roscoe Central will attempt to improve on its 0-13 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the challenge with a 3-10 record after their 44-19 non-league loss to Tri-Valley (Grahamsville, NY).
