Kansas High School Basketball - Junction City/St. Xavier overwhelmed by Hayden

The Hayden Wildcats basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the visiting Junction City/St. Xavier Bluejays to 21 in the Wildcats non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Wildcats now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Topeka for a non-league contest on Friday, February 17. Hayden will battle a Trojans team coming off a 55-42 non-league loss to Washburn Rural (Topeka, KS). The Trojans record now stands at 12-5.
The Bluejays (3-14) will now prepare for their contest against Emporia (Emporia, KS). The Spartans come into the non-league contest with a 17-3 record. In their last contest, Emporia triumphed over Manhattan (Manhattan, KS), 40-34, in a non-league contest.
