The Hot Springs Tigers (Truth or Consequences, NM) basketball nipped the visiting Socorro Warriors (Socorro, NM), 46-39 in Tuesday's league test.
The Tigers (7-16) will now prepare for their test against Hatch Valley (Hatch, NM). The Bears go into the 3A District 3 test with a 3-20 record. In their last test, Hatch Valley was tipped by Cobre (Bayard, NM), 59-21, in a league test.
