Norwich Eagles (Norwich, KS) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Skyline Thunderbirds (Pratt, KS), 43-27 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Norwich upgrades its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Fairfield (Langdon, KS) to play the Falcons in a Heart of the Plains bout on Friday, February 17. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 14-4. Fairfield won 39-19 in their recent league bout against South Barber (Kiowa, KS)

Next up, the Thunderbirds play the Central Christian Cougars (Hutchinson, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 17. Skyline will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Cougars come into the bout with a 12-7 record after their 61-35 non-league win over Burrton (Burrton, KS).
