The Athol Bears (Athol, MA) basketball knocked off the host Putnam Vo-Tech Beavers (Springfield, MA), 35-20 in Tuesday's league test.

The Bears (8-4) will now prepare for their test against Palmer (Palmer, MA). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
