New Mexico High School Softball - Deming loses to Mayfield

The Mayfield Trojans softball team scored 24 runs and limited the host Deming Wildcats to 7 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Mayfield improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Trojans host Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM) to clash with the Storm in a non-league game on Saturday, February 18. The Storm come into the game with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Las Cruces Bulldawgs (Las Cruces, NM) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 24. Deming will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
