In Wednesday's non-league match, the host McBee Panthers basketball team scored a tight 54-49 triumph over the Calhoun Falls Charter Blue Flashes.
In their next game, the Panthers meet the Christ Church Episcopal Cavaliers (Greenville, SC) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 17. McBee will attempt to move on its 14-9 season record. The Cavaliers enter the match with a 16-5 record after their 88-38 non-league win over Hunter-Kinard-Tyler (Neeses, SC).
With the defeat, Calhoun Falls Charter moves to 11-12 on the year.
