In Wednesday's league match, the visiting Snow Canyon Warriors basketball team scored a tight 61-56 triumph over the Hurricane Tigers.
In their next game, the Warriors meet the Desert Hills Thunder (St. George, UT) in a 4A Region 9 match, on Friday, February 16. Snow Canyon will attempt to move on its 14-7 season record. The Thunder enter the match with a 13-9 record after their 67-62 league loss to Dixie (St. George, UT).
With the defeat, Hurricane moves to 5-17 on the year. The Tigers travel to Pine View (St. George, UT) to meet the Panthers in a 4A Region 9 match on Friday, February 16. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 13-9. Pine View lost 62-57 in their recent league match against Crimson Cliffs (Washington, UT)
