Vermont High School Basketball - Middlebury topped by Mt. Abraham

The Mt. Abraham Eagles basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Middlebury Tigers to 33 in the Eagles league victory on Wednesday.
The Eagles now sport a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vergennes for a Lake contest on Friday, February 16. Mt. Abraham will battle a Commodores team coming off a 62-50 league win over Missisquoi Valley (Swanton, VT). The Commodores record now stands at 14-5.
The Tigers (8-11) will now prepare for their contest against Enosburg Falls (Enosburg Falls, VT). The Hornets come into the non-league contest with a 0-19 record. In their last contest, Enosburg Falls was defeated by Milton (Milton, VT), 55-52, in a non-league contest.
